For the custom jackets order as you know all details are provided by you logos, patches, sizing details, etc. So, custom and personalized varsity jackets are made just for you, they are not returnable.

If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right and send you a new jacket free of cost. If the Customer makes any mistake, then the customer needs to send the jacket back to us and pay 50% of the original invoice and we can send a fresh jacket.
